Order Ahead

Pick a restaurant near you, choose your food, and pay with your phone's wallet or any credit or debit card. Order for as soon as possible or schedule a pickup time.

No Added Fees

Restaurants set their own menu prices and we never add anything on top. Tips go 100% to the restaurant staff. Orders have a $5 minimum.

NI Points COMING SOON

Points you earn at a restaurant unlock that restaurant's rewards — they are not a platform-wide wallet and can't be spent somewhere else. Rewards are not switched on yet; we'll turn them on once the program is running at our launch restaurants.

Auto-Refunds

If nobody accepts your order within 20 minutes, we cancel it and refund you in full — you don't have to ask or open a ticket. Wrong or missing items are a separate thing: tell us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.

Robot Delivery COMING LATER

We'll add robot delivery at campuses where delivery robots already operate. Until then, every order is ready-when-you-get-there pickup.

Two minutes. We reply within 2 business days.

We set you up
We build your menu with you, you connect payouts through Stripe, and we run a test order together.

Take orders
Orders pop up in the free Nexus Ivy staff app on an iPad at the counter, or on your crew's own iPhones. Accept, set a prep time, tap Ready.

Get paid automatically
12% per order, card processing included. No setup fee, no monthly fee.
